Wildwoods at Broken Bow is a brand new mountainside cabin on a secluded lot away from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy the serenity of the woods while you sit on the 1,048 sq ft outdoor deck and enjoy your cup of coffee. Whether with friends or family this 2,200 sq ft, 2-story open floor plan is the perfect cabin for a memorable getaway! This gorgeous cedar & white modern style cabin, built on a hillside, is surrounded by the beautiful towering pines & hardwoods of the Ouachita National Forest. Within 5 minutes of Wildwoods, you can reach family friendly destinations, a local gift shop, brewery, wine tasting, restaurants, and most importantly the Marina at Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park! Friends, family & children will surely enjoy all the space available for both indoor entertainment & outdoor activities.

This home is not your typical cabin as it is in pristine condition with all new furniture, kitchen appliances, cookware, and amenities for the entire family. With treetop views from almost every room, and open concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms, words can't describe how relaxing it is to sit still on our cozy leather couches or wake up in the plush king beds in every master bedroom and gaze out the window to take in the majestic views that surround Wildwoods.

This is our family cabin that is extremely well appointed from the furnishings to the relaxing hot tub, expansive coffee bar, dynamic playground area, seasonal creek, and warming fire pit... don't forget that s'mores kit! Oh, and the best... the large outdoor deck, which is a crowd favorite to dine and relax with comfortable seating for 16 guests. Our game room offerings and outdoor retreats will have both kids and adults entertained and you will be all set to make amazing memories with your family and friends. 

This is a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom creekside cabin with everything you need to cook your amazing home recipes that your mother in law would be proud of!

We supply bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion, conditioner), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bath towels, beach towels for the hot tub, s'mores kit, and kitchen cookware.

Rare Find: This house is wheelchair friendly.

This is a remote and private retreat on the water in a forest which means there are spiders, spiderwebs outside, wildlife, and insects that you will interact with as they are part of the lake and forest ecosystem so please prepare your group.

Due to the remote location internet can be spotty at times. 

A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.

There are six televisions in the house with Netflix, Youtube TV, Hulu, and Disney+ setup on all of them.

Hosts are available 24 hours a day to answer questions and assist, but will not bother you during your stay.

We provide detailed directions and a Waze Map Pin for you to locate the house. The last 1/2 mile is on a gravel road through the forest.

HOUSE RULES 

1. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.

2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

3. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.

4. Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am. 

5. No wet towels or clothing on the furniture. 

6. External Doors must remain closed at all times to keep mosquitos and bugs out of the house.

7. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet. 

8. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NOT a garbage disposal.

9. FIREWORKS PROHIBITED.

This house and property are amazing especially if you are looking to disconnect and relax.

We will provide you with directions to the house post booking. 

The last 1/2 mile of the drive is via a gravel road. The roads in general in Broken Bow are bumpy and not suitable for sport or low to the ground cars. If you have an SUV, truck or standard car, we recommend driving that instead. Also, note your vehicle will get dirty.
